Olive and Gardendale- We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. Your commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients will be paramount in this rewarding position. Duties Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Monitor and document patient health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition. Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure client safety. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Perform patient observation to detect any changes in behavior or condition that may require attention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to implement care plans effectively. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. Strong skills in meal preparation and understanding of dietary restrictions. Certification in CPR is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
