Job Summary As a Resident Care Associate at our retirement home, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to residents, particularly those with developmental disabilities and dementia. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their well-being in a home community care setting. Hours Full-Time & Part-Time Associates are required to work every other weekend. PRN Associates are required to work one 8 hour shift each month. Pay Scale Pay will be based on experience and longevity at current position. Duties

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs of residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld
• Implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
• Support residents with developmental disabilities in daily activities
• Provide dementia care services with empathy and understanding Qualifications
• Previous experience in caregiving or social work preferred
• Knowledge of resident rights and best practices in elderly care
• Ability to drive or arrange transportation for residents as needed
