Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients by offering personal care and support with daily activities. This position requires a commitment to providing empathetic care while respecting the dignity and independence of those you serve. Tasks Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing and grooming. Assist residents with medication. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to management. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and co-workers. Basic math skills required. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life. Physical capability to lift clients safely and assist them with mobility challenges Responsible and reliable.. We are a small assisted living facility. Our residents and staff are like family.
