What You'll Do Provide daily supervision, support, and care for adolescent youth Build positive, therapeutic relationships that encourage growth and trust Serve as a role model , promoting accountability and positive behavior Lead and participate in structured activities and life-skills development Maintain a safe, supportive, and consistent environment Work as part of a team focused on youth success and stability Schedule
PART-TIME
(WEEKENDS ONLY)
Sunday:
9:30 AM - 10:30 PM
OVERNIGHT SHIFT
(PART-TIME) 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM (Sat. & Sun. get off at 9:30 AM)
MUST BE FLEXIBLE
Work a minimum of 2 nights per week as needed Pay & Benefits $14.50/hour base pay + $1.50/hour weekend differential (Sat & Sun) 401(k) Retirement Plan (after 1 year of employment) What We're Looking For Minimum 21 years old High School Diploma or GED Ability to work positively with youth in a structured setting Strong communication, patience, and reliability
