Job Description

$14-$16 an hour as a 1099 contractor is not $14-$16 an hour. Contractors pay both halves of Social Security and Medicare, carry no workers' comp if they're injured on the job, and earn no overtime no matter how many hours they work. Every care pro here is a W-2 employee. Same rate on paper — very different paycheck.
