In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance to seniors, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your positive attitude and attentive care will create a safe, comfortable environment where residents feel valued and supported. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults while working in a dynamic, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health stability Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and maintaining proper nutrition for residents Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with resident transfers and mobility needs Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental well-being Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks within residents' living spaces Follow all safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response plans Skills 2 YEARS of Proven experience in senior care or long-term care environments such as assisted living or nursing homes Knowledge of Alzheimer's, dementia, and memory care best practices Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor Experience operating mobility aids like Hoyer lifts and working with group homes or personal care homes Ability to handle behavioral management techniques with sensitivity and professionalism Valid driver's license for transportation duties when required Effective cleaning skills to ensure a hygienic living environment Join us in providing exceptional senior care that enriches lives!
