•FT position with set schedule and rotating weekends. Low staff to resident ratio. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols and document all medication activities Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies to ensure safety and comfort Practice safe patient lifting techniques and manual handling procedures to prevent injury for both clients and caregivers Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area Maintain thorough documentation of care provided, resident progress, and any incidents or changes in condition Uphold residents' rights by respecting privacy, promoting independence, and fostering a respectful environment Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning common areas and personal spaces to ensure a hygienic living environment Qualifications Certified Caregiver with valid credentials demonstrating completed training in caregiving or related fields Prior experience assisting with ADLs, personal care home work, or residential care home experience preferred Knowledge of geriatrics, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory support techniques CPR and First Aid certification up-to-date to respond effectively during emergencies AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card Food handler's certification Require 8-hour memory care training Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members effectively Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and assist with resident transfers or mobility support Familiarity with medication administration protocols and client rights regulations Join us in delivering exceptional caregiving services that truly enhance quality of life.
