Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one companionship and support to our clients, including socializing, emotional support, and light housekeeping Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders Help our clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Prepare meals and snacks, as well as assist with feeding Provide transportation to appointments and errands as required Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients

Requirements:

1 year of experience in the home care industry or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required Compassionate and empathetic approach to care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
