Job Description
A-Z Home Care Options is currently hiring for compassionate, reliable and dedicated In Home Caregivers for a paraplegic client who lives in the Buckeye area. Slide board experience a plus! This role is vital in helping him maintain his independence and quality of life. Ideal candidates will possess a background in various medical settings, including but not limited to home health, group homes, and assisted living facilities, bringing valuable experience to our caregiving team. CNA, HHA, or caregiver certification is a plus. Paraplegic/quadriplegic care experience is preferred. Daily 2pm
- 7pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 7am-10am Duties include but are not limited to: Assist with slide board transfers in/out of wheelchair and bed Reposition while in bed Dressing assistance as needed Medication Reminders as needed and monitor for any changes in health status.
Below Criteria:
- Certified Caregiver/Certified Nurse Assistant/PCT/HHA preferred
- Pass National Criminal Background Check
- Reliable Transportation
- Auto Insurance
- First Aid / CPR Certified
- State Fingerprint Card
