This is a caregiver position focused on daily care, safety, independence, and quality of life in a supportive Christian environment. Key Responsibilities Provide daily care and support for adults with developmental disabilities Assist with activities of daily living Support emotional, social, and physical well being Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment Transport residents to appointments and offsite activities Collaborate with healthcare, vocational, and support teams Protect resident rights and follow all safety procedures This is a safety sensitive caregiver position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be 21 years or older Ability to complete Arizona approved Certified Caregiver training; employer paid Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record CPR / First Aid certification; or willingness to obtain, employer paid
