Must be willing to travel between Camp Verde, Sedona and Cottonwood regularly Emblem Home Care is seeking an experienced, dependable, and flexible Lead Caregiver - Elite Response Floater to provide immediate staffing support throughout our service area. This position is ideal for caregivers who enjoy variety, building relationships with new clients, and making a meaningful impact wherever they are needed. As a member of the Elite Response Team, you will provide coverage for caregiver call-offs, emergency staffing needs, staffing transitions, and new client Start of Care assignments. This role requires exceptional reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently work with a wide variety of clients and care needs. Elite Response Caregivers are selected based on performance, professionalism, dependability, flexibility, and commitment to providing exceptional client care. Participation includes eligibility for guaranteed weekly hours as determined by management.

Launch care for new clients through Start of Care visits. Provide continuity of care during staffing transitions. Travel throughout the Valley to serve clients as assigned. Remain available during established availability hours. Respond to staffing calls, texts, and requests within 30 minutes whenever possible. Report to assigned shifts within 30 minutes to one hour when reasonably possible. Work with multiple clients and varying care needs throughout the day. Deliver exceptional client care while professionally representing Emblem Home Care. Maintain timely communication with the office regarding availability and assignments. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Personal care and hygiene Dressing and grooming Mobility and ambulation assistance Transfers and positioning Meal preparation and nutrition support Light housekeeping and homemaking services Shopping and medication pickup Companionship and emotional support Assist with medical appointment scheduling and accompaniment when appropriate. Reliable Transportation is a must.
