Haven Home Management is seeking an experienced, reliable Home Manager for a fun, busy household of five, including toddler twin boys and a school-aged daughter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, has a knack for turning a busy space into a functional one, and takes pride in creating a calm, well-run home. This is a long-term position.

Mid October About the Family This is a warm, busy family of five. Mom will be returning to work and traveling weekly, so they're looking for a dependable extra set of hands to help keep the household running smoothly. This includes tidying, organizing, and decluttering as the family works through several ongoing projects around the home. There is childcare coverage in place, but would appreciate someone who is comfortable and warm around children. There is a small dog present in the home, but no care required. Daily Responsibilities General tidying throughout the home

• clean up bedrooms, playroom, & main areas Dishes and light housekeeping Ongoing organizing projects
• helping create and maintain systems that work for a busy family Assisting with purging/decluttering and making periodic donation drop-offs Laundry Helping prep the home for guests Serving as a reliable extra set of hands for a busy household Ideal Candidate Previous experience in household management or professional home organizing Naturally organized
• can look at a space and figure out how to bring order to it Genuinely enjoys organizing and creating systems Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable Comfortable in a home with young children Flexible and adaptable to a busy family's changing needs This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the process of organizing and decluttering, and who wants a long-term, trusted role with a warm, busy family.
