Alliance Behavioral Care is a growing network of Residential Treatment locations that serves adults with chronic mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and/or personal care needs using a relational and strengths-based approach aimed at assisting clients to achieve their full potential and the highest level of independence.
WE HAVE LOCATIONS IN GILBERT, MESA, TEMPE, PHOENIX, AND GOODYEAR.
We are looking for applicants who are at least 18 years of age as well as bright, compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who pay attention to details. Successful applicants will have a positive attitude toward working with individuals with serious mental illnesses . Job Duties Prompting and assisting residents with their activities of daily living Monitoring and assisting residents with their daily chores and upkeep of the house Monitoring and assisting residents with making daily meals Conduct daily groups and community meetings with the residents of the house Filling out daily Progress Notes for each resident Assisting with the administration of medications and documenting it accurately
Requirements:
2 forms of government-issued identification (Driver's License, Passport, Social Security Card, Birth certificate, residence card, etc.) Valid Driver's License 18 years or older HS Diploma or GED Certified Personal Caregiver Certificate (if applicable)

Starting Pay:
$17 an hour. $19 guaranteed if you are hired as a full-time Certified Personal Caregiver! To keep our staff and clients safe we have implemented cleaning protocols aligned with the CDC guidelines.
