Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix,Goodyear Driving required: Yes (company vehicle) Alliance Behavioral Care is currently looking for Direct Care Professionals (BHT) to work PRN shifts (on-call) across our 10 locations throughout the valley. As a PRN team member, you'll have the flexibility to choose the shifts that fit your schedule while still enjoying the opportunity to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) . Alliance Behavioral Care is a growing network of Residential Treatment locations dedicated to serving adults with chronic mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and personal care needs . Whether you prefer day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts , you can pick what works best for you. Starting pay is $16 per hour and $18-19 per hour for those who are Certified Caregivers. We have locations in Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, and Goodyear —join us and make a difference on your terms! We are looking for applicants who are at least 18 years of age as well as bright, compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who pay attention to details. Successful applicants will have a positive attitude toward working with individuals with serious mental illnesses . Job Duties Prompting and assisting residents with their activities of daily living Monitoring and assisting residents with their daily chores and upkeep of the house Monitoring and assisting residents with making daily meals Conduct daily groups and community meetings with the residents of the house Filling out daily Progress Notes for each resident Assisting with the administration of medications and documenting it accurately

Requirements:

Valid Drivers License Second form of ID 18 years or older HS Diploma or GED Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR & First Aid Valid Negative TB Results with accompanying Risk Assessment Form Pre-Employment Physical (Will provide the form upon hire)
