What You'll Do Support daily living skills including cooking, shopping, hygiene, money management, and social skills Help clients work toward individualized goals established with their families Document daily activities and client progress Encourage independence and positive growth at home and in the community Requirements 3 months of caregiving experience required Must be 18+ years old Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current registration Compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities Must complete required training within 30 days of hire Prior healthcare or caregiving experience is preferred.
