Wee Care has been serving families in our community and surrounding communities since April 2006. Role Summary As a Respite Provider, you deliver person-centered support for individuals with special needs so they can build independence at home and in the community while families receive reliable relief. You will follow the service plan, protect dignity, and maintain a safe environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care when needed; supporting life-skill practice and positive routines; offering companionship; and accompanying members on community outings.

Required qualifications/skills:
