The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organised Home Care Operations Manager to play a key role in the launch and ongoing development of Rene's Homecare LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in building a home care operation from the ground up rather than simply stepping into an established service. The successful candidate will work closely with the owner and will initially have a very hands-on role in establishing local operations, recruiting caregivers, developing referral relationships, onboarding clients and ensuring that Rene's Homecare operates safely, professionally and in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements. As the business grows, the role will develop into responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service and caregiver team. Caregiver Recruitment & Management Recruit, interview and onboard caregivers. Verify required employment documentation, references and background-screening requirements. Coordinate caregiver orientation and training. Develop and manage caregiver schedules. Monitor attendance, punctuality and reliability. Conduct caregiver supervision, performance reviews and quality checks. Address performance or conduct concerns appropriately. Promote a positive, professional and accountable workplace culture. Support caregiver retention and engagement. Scheduling & On-Call Support Coordinate client schedules and caregiver availability. Respond to call-outs and arrange replacement caregivers where required. Help maintain continuity of care. Participate in an on-call arrangement as the business develops. Representing Rene's Homecare professionally within the local community. Following up prospective client inquiries. Supporting local networking and community outreach. Flexibility to support the needs of a developing home care business. Why Join Rene's Homecare? Rather than inheriting an established operation, you will work directly with the owner to help build the caregiver team, develop our client base, establish local partnerships and create a home care service recognised for excellent standards. As Rene's Homecare grows, there will be an opportunity for the responsibilities and scope of this position to grow with the company. Rene's Homecare LLC Compassionate Care. Exceptional Standards.
