Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Live-In Caregiver for Saturday and Sunday to provide compassionate, personalized care for residents in an assisted living care home. The shift starts on Saturday at 7am and concludes on Monday at 7am. This role involves working independently to support four residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during the weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality caregiving services, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assisting residents with daily activities. Certification and all necessary credentials are required to ensure compliance with care standards. Duties Provide attentive, personalized care to four residents in an assisted living environment during weekend shifts. Work independently to monitor and support residents' health, safety, and comfort. Assist residents with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, and medication administration as needed. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to residents' dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning common areas, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space. Foster a warm, respectful atmosphere that promotes residents' independence and well-being. Qualifications Valid caregiving certification with all required credentials. Proven experience in caregiving within assisted living or similar settings preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing the needs of four residents. Flexibility to work weekend shifts as a live-in caregiver. Cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation suited for elderly or assisted living residents. Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks efficiently and effectively.

Pay:

$200.00 per day
