Work Environment Referral Program Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including dressing, toileting, and incontinence assistance Assist with ambulation, repositioning, and transfers Monitor client conditions and communicate updates to healthcare teams Transport clients to appointments and errands Offer medication reminders only

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months caregiving experience; Nursing and CNA students encouraged Background check clearance Current Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle Drug testing required Smartphone access Experience with Dementia care preferred Physical ability to perform patient care duties including lifting
