Pay and Benefits Pay:

$15.15-$19.00 per hour , based on experience, credentials, and the type of work performed Standard non-medical caregivers start at $19.00 per hour (LHC Hiring Rate

Many caregivers advance into Senior Caregiver positions and later move into Client Care, Scheduling, Sales, or other leadership roles within the company. What You'll Do Depending on the client's needs and authorized services, your responsibilities may include: Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and transfers Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Providing medication reminders Assisting with approved transportation and errands Supporting clients living with dementia or other cognitive or behavioral health conditions Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Communicating with our care team to support quality, consistent care Requirements Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass all required background checks Authorization to work in the United States High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA experience Experience supporting clients with dementia or behavioral health needs Weekend availability Equal Opportunity and Accommodations Desert Hearts Nursing and Home Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
