The caregiver will reside on-site and play a key role in ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and overall well-being. This role requires patience, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for elderly care. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary needs Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records Monitor residents' health and report any changes to management or healthcare professionals Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise as needed Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, organizing) Accompany residents to appointments if required Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and state regulations Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or a related field preferred Certification such as Caregiver Certificate, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Ability to live on-site and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively Background check clearance (required by state regulations) Ability to lift or assist residents with mobility (as needed) Join us if you're eager to make a meaningful difference in children's lives through energetic support and dedicated caregiving!
