At Senior Home Care of Tucson, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team of caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management Encourage socialization and engagement through activities and conversations Monitor and report changes in client's condition to the care team Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with clients and families
Requirements:
A YEAR of experience in healthcare preferred Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and reliable transportation to travel to client location and for errands and transportation for clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients and colleagues
