In-Home Caregiver Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team at Senior Home Care of Tucson. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to older adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and comfort. Responsibilities:

Provide personalized in-home care services to older adults, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks Promote independence and well-being by encouraging seniors to participate in activities they enjoy Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other caregivers to ensure seamless care Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving Ability to pass a background check and provide references Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
