Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors. This role involves assisting elderly individuals with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and supporting their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a respectful and empathetic manner. CPR certification is required to ensure preparedness for emergency situations. Responsibilities Assist seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to family members or healthcare professionals. Administer basic health-related tasks as directed, including medication reminders if applicable. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, following safety protocols at all times. Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, utilizing CPR skills when necessary. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity during daily routines. Qualifications Prior experience in adult or senior care is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed. Valid CPR certification is required. Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills. Ability to handle physical tasks related to assisting seniors with mobility and daily activities.
