Ashley Fenn ,Assisted Living Manager 928-778-9777 ext 3509 Tammy Hull, Human Resources 928-778-9666 About the Job The Certified Caregiver works under the direction of the Program Director / Director of Nursing to provide assistance with routine sub-q injectable, oral or assistance with topical medications following acceptable practices as ordered by physicians and properly manages the storage and documentation of medications. The Certified Caregiver monitors vital signs of residents, records and maintains proper electronic health record charting, assists with dining services, nourishments and dietary supplements and other tasks as permitted in the scope of certification. Certified Caregivers must be in good standing with the NCIA Board, the credentialing organization for the State of Arizona.
