Job Description

Overview We are looking for Caregivers who are passionate about working with our senior clients in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal caregiver candidate should be patient, dedicated, and eager to deliver exceptional patient-centered care, this opportunity is perfect for you! You will be instrumental in assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence for residents across independent living facilities and home care environments. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding to promote proper nutrition and hydration Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and infection control practices Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.) Observe and document patient behavior, condition changes, and progress to inform care teams Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' well-being and quality of life Qualifications Prior experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's/dementia care First aid and CPR certification is required Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, home care, hospice care or nursing homes is required Fingerprints required TB Test required Car/ Drivers License
REQUIRED
Ability to lift heavy objects safely when assisting with patient transfers or mobility needs Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes accurately Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards residents' needs Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Join us in delivering exceptional caregiving that transforms lives! Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
