Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess:

Compassionate and caring attitude Dependability and professionalism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in clients' homes Reliable transportation preferred Ability to follow care plans and instructions Commitment to providing exceptional in-home care

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), personal care aide (PCA), certified nursing assistant (CNA), direct support professional (DSP), or companion caregiver is helpful but not required.
