Proxykare Arizona LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate care providers to deliver scheduled, non-clinical in-home support to older adults and their families through What You Will Do Assignments may include only the services authorized for the provider and the client care plan, such as:

• Companion care, conversation, engagement, and social support
• Household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, and organization
• Respite support for a family caregiver.
• Wellness reminders and family-authored routine prompts.
• Limited personal care: grooming assistance, dressing prompts, meal support, and routine assistance, only when task-specific approval requirements are satisfied.
• Hands-on personal care: bathing, toileting, transfers, incontinence support, and mobility assistance, only when task-specific approval requirements are satisfied. This role does
• not•include clinical services, medical diagnosis, treatment, medication administration, selecting doses, changing care instructions, handling clinical emergencies beyond seeking emergency help, or any activity outside the provider's approval and the assigned care plan.
