Part-Time Caregiver — BeeHive Homes of Snowflake BeeHive Homes of Snowflake — Snowflake, AZ BeeHive Homes of Snowflake is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring Part-Time Caregiver to join our team! We are a small, home-like assisted living and memory care community where our residents are treated like family. Our caregivers play an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate, respectful care to our residents
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
  • Provide assistance with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
  • Administer or assist with medications as permitted by Arizona regulations and facility policies
  • Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely care documentation
  • Help keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Assist with laundry and other light housekeeping duties
  • Participate in activities and spend meaningful time engaging with residents
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Follow individualized care plans and facility policies
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety concerns
  • Work cooperatively with other caregivers, management, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Treat every resident with patience, kindness, dignity, and respect
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
