Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and medication reminders, while offering companionship and emotional support. Transport clients as needed. Prepare meals, complete grocery shopping, clean kitchens, and perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Help clients with transfers, accompany them to appointments or outings, and assist with phone calls, letter writing, or community activities. Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or environment to the supervisor and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Follow care plans, attend required training, and ensure confidentiality and safety compliance.

Caregiver Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening upon hire Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others Participate in in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by the immediate supervisor Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or similar positions is preferred but not required
