Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care, companionship, and health management. This role involves working closely with clients to promote their well-being & independence in a private home setting .The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care that enhances quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), light cooking, feeding including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients for changes in condition through patient observation. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease by implementing memory care strategies and ensuring a safe environment. Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment aligned with home & community care . Experience Prior experience working with geriatric patients in settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home healthcare agencies is highly recommended by not necessary. Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team in live-in employment setting.
