Roslyn Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable female caregiver ( MUST

) to support a 20-year-old woman with Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual disabilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, encouraging independence, and helping individuals thrive at home and in the community. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with daily routines and life skills. Encourage participation in community activities and outings. Provide supervision and ensure a safe environment. Support social interaction and positive engagement. Communicate professionally with the family and Roslyn Home Care. Qualifications Female caregiver (requested by the family). Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Comfortable transporting the client to community activities. Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred. Patient, calm, dependable, and compassionate. Able to build trust and maintain consistent routines. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Must pass a background check. $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
