We offer paid, on-the-job training and provide a variety of services that assist clients with daily living and personal care. If you have a caring heart and enjoy working with people we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Provide In-home care services in patients residences Perform domestic and household tasks Transport and accompany patients to doctors appointments, run errands and grocery shopping Provide friendly reminders for prescribed medications Assist with clients personal and daily living activities Monitor and report any changes to clients behavior or condition Maintain patients care records and document provided services Assist patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Skills Proven working experience as home health aide (preferred but not required) Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene activities Proficiency in English Caring and compassionate personality Current CPR certificate (preferred but not required) First Aid training (preferred but not required) Valid driver's license (Required)
