Job Description
Compensation Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000

We're seeking a BCBA Caregiver Services Manager to manage our Caregiver Services department while also maintaining a BCBA caseload. This role combines department management and caregiver services with standard BCBA responsibilities, including treatment planning, conducting assessments, protocol modification, data analysis, and clinical oversight. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys both clinical practice and leadership and wants to make an impact at both the client and department level. Primary Job Responsibilities Manages and ensures execution of company protocols pertaining to caregiver services Maintains caregiver services materials and resources at the direction of upper management Monitors and reports utilization of caregiver services Trains, supports, and develops Caregiver Consultants in their roles Maintains thorough and up to date knowledge of caregiver consultation best practices and research Identifies caregiver consultant development needs; creates, develops, and proposes appropriate training and development programs to management Implements behavior management programs and caregiver training to families based on individualized program Monitors, evaluates, and records all client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and uses assessment tools Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities Ensures integrity of program implementation Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data Provides individualized client-centered parent training Facilitates clinical team meetings (CTMs) Models behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers Provides supervision, support, and development opportunities to behavior technicians and case supervisors Generates and completes progress reports Regularly attends meetings Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree in a related field is required Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Prior supervisory experience Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check Consistent and reliable transportation

Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills Operating Hours Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee and client availability)
