Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide direct support and care to Seniors and those in our Memory Care Program. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with medication reminders and administration
• Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Plan and engage in meaningful activities to promote socialization and engagement
• Respond to emergencies or medical situations promptly
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Experience:

• Experience in caregiving, direct support, assisted living, and home care is preferred
• Familiarity with dementia care and working with seniors and elderly
• Knowledge of basic first aid procedures is beneficial

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
