In Home Caregiver Allied Home Care - 4.1 Bakersfield, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Nutrition Driver's License Meal preparation Bathing assistance Meal assistance Full Job Description We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one caregiving support to clients in their homes. As part of our team, you will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while improving their quality of life through personalized care and companionship. Responsibilities vary by client and may include: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and personal hygiene Companionship and supervision Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition Light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization Shopping, errands, and transportation to appointments when authorized Driving clients using approved transportation arrangements depending on assignment Assistance with transfers, mobility aids, or Hoyer lifts when trained and authorized Observing and reporting changes in clients' condition or needs Completing required documentation and following individualized care plans
Requirements:
Caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, senior care, etc.) Must complete required California Home Care Aide training and annual training requirements Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, automobile insurance, and cell phone required Must pass required background checks and meet state Home Care Aide requirements Valid TB clearance required per state regulations Proof of vaccination or approved exemption, if required by applicable regulations Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care Questions About the Position?
