As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs, observing behavior, and reporting changes promptly Support medication administration and ensure adherence to care plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts and resident's to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately and thoroughly Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and hospice care practices Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable; ongoing training encouraged Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs Strong communication skills for effective patient monitoring and collaboration with healthcare teams Physical stamina for heavy lifting, assisting with transfers, and long shifts on your feet Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support seniors and individuals with disabilities Join us if you're ready to bring energy, empathy, and expertise into a rewarding caregiving role.
