Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
- Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines
- Provide direct support to clients in nursing homes or memory care facilities Qualifications
- Experience in senior care, long-term care, or working with people with disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of cooking and meal preparation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication skills
