Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
  • Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines
  • Provide direct support to clients in nursing homes or memory care facilities Qualifications
  • Experience in senior care, long-term care, or working with people with disabilities is preferred
  • Knowledge of cooking and meal preparation
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
