Job Description
We are currently filling Weekend shifts 7am-3pm (Sat & Sun) in Glenn We are also looking to fill a 3pm-11pm shift Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun in Glenn New BrightPerks insurance plans, see above! 401k with Matching program! Weekly pay with direct deposit depending on case (Call for clarification) Free CEUs for Caregivers, CNA's, HHA's Employee Referral Bonuses Employee of the Month Program Cell Phone Reimbursements Telephone answered 24/7 by BrightStar Chico Employee Overtime Permitted (will increase average hourly rate) Paid orientation for all new employees Flexible assignments - Days, Nights, NOCS, and Weekends •Hours vary• Growth and Promotional Opportunities within the company Paperless Time sheets and Care Notes Requirements(Please READ): 1 year of verifiable professional caregiving experience - NO IHSS Valid Drivers license, Proof of Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation Must pass TB screening & must pass physical 18 years or old & High school diploma or Equivalent. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and patience. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges. Demonstratable ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs minimum. Knowledge of home community care practices is a plus. Certification in CPR is required, but we can help you obtain this. Previous experience in hospice care or patient monitoring is beneficial but not required.
