What We Offer Weekly pay Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time available Paid sick time Supportive office team available during business hours Work with clients in Orange County and surrounding areas What You'll Do Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene Medication reminders and assistance with ambulation Meal preparation and light housekeeping Transportation to appointments and errands Companionship and emotional support Follow customized care plans developed by our Registered Nurse Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or HHA — OR completion of a CNA program Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with CDSS (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation Valid California driver's license and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check and TB test Nice to Have Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, or post-stroke care Bilingual (Spanish/English) Apply Today We review applications quickly and our hiring process typically takes about a week from application to first shift.
