We are seeking reliable and caring caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults in the comfort of their homes. You'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact each day. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility. Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Provide companionship and meaningful engagement. Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's care. Provide medication reminders (no medication administration). Observe and promptly report changes in the client's condition or needs. Accompany clients on walks, appointments, or community outings when appropriate. Maintain accurate care notes and communicate professionally with the office. Deliver care with compassion, professionalism, and respect for each client's dignity and independence. Experience & Qualifications Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain one. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional. Ability to follow care plans, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
