Job Description:

SYNERGY HomeCare of Silicon Valley, award winning company of "Provider of Choice" and "Employer of Choice", is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide care for memory care/dementia patients in a supportive, home-based setting. Competitive pay and opportunity for growth with company if desired. This is a specific opportunity servicing our client with Dementia and Physical limitations in the South Bay.

Duties include:

Personal Care Feeding and light food prep Engaging client Taking notes and communicating with client's family and support team

Maintaining What We're Looking For:

Kind, engaging, and reliable individuals Experienced working with seniors with dementia Strong personal care skills (ADLs) Strong communication skills and able to take accurate care notes Registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California.
