As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Silicon Valley, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and compassion to individuals in Silicon Valley. Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal hygiene care, and activities of daily living to clients.

This may include:

Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Creating personalized care plans for each client
Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided
