Job Description
CARE Homecare is a licensed, non-medical home care organization providing personalized, one-on-one care to individuals of all ages, including seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. We're looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who take pride in helping others feel safe, supported, and as independent as possible. What You'll Be Doing Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Provide companionship and support independence Assist with mobility and transfers Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping Accompany individuals to appointments and activities Provide medication reminders Communicate with families and the CARE Homecare team Document care and important changes .
