Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, toileting, activities of daily living, supervision, activities, community participation, meal support, and required daily documentation .

Requirements:

Candidates must be reliable, professional, comfortable providing hands-on personal care, able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, and able to complete required documentation.

Are you able to reliably report to scheduled shifts and complete all required background checks, training, documentation, and credentialing before beginning an assignment?
