Part-Time Personal Care Assistant (Flexible Hours)
Pay:
$18.75 per hour Serving Pasadena, Covina, and Surrounding Areas Now Hiring! Part-time schedules available:
4- to 6-hour shifts, up to 24 hours per week , based on your availability and client needs. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing mobility and transfer assistance Offering medication reminders Preparing meals and snacks Performing light housekeeping and laundry Providing transportation to errands and medical appointments Offering companionship and meaningful social engagement Supporting clients with dementia and memory care needs Assisting with prescribed range-of-motion exercises Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Current TB test (within the last 90 days) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance Ability to pass a background check Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification is a plus, but not required Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus, but not required If you're compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others, we'd love to have you join our team.
