Duties Assist resident with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support as needed Assist with Medication Administration following prescribed protocols and documentation Support resident with personalized engagement and behavior management techniques Operate assistive devices like Hoyer lifts safely to promote resident mobility and prevent injury Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and assist residents during mealtimes to foster independence Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control standards Document resident progress, incidents, and care activities thoroughly to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Requirements Ability to pass livescan background check Ability to lift 50lbs Prior experience in supported living, residential facilities, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Knowledge of caring for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental, and/or co-occurring diagnosis Valid certification in First Aid and CPR; additional certifications in medication administration or behavior management are advantageous Currently seeking morning shift only Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, residents, and families Experience operating EMR systems for accurate recordkeeping Valid identification and work authorization Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others in achieving their best quality of life Join us in creating a positive impact every day!
