ASAP Schedule Friday-Sunday | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Overnight newborn care Tuesday & Wednesday | 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Daytime newborn care, providing continuity and coverage while the family's nanny has scheduled time off. The Role The NCS will work closely with the family's weekday NCS, nanny, and household staff to provide seamless, consistent care for the twins. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential. The family values professionals who respect one another's roles, communicate thoughtfully between shifts, and work together toward the shared goal of providing exceptional, consistent care. This is not an independent-care position. A genuine team-first mentality is an essential requirement for success in this home. Responsibilities Provide exceptional newborn care for twins Support healthy, age-appropriate sleep routines Feeding, burping, diapering, soothing, and general infant care Bottle preparation, cleaning, and sterilization Maintain detailed communication regarding feedings, sleep, and daily routines Baby laundry and organization of nursery spaces Restock nursery supplies and maintain a clean, organized environment Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate engagement Coordinate schedules and routines with the weekday NCS and nanny Provide professional and detailed shift handoffs Maintain consistency with the family's established care philosophy and routines Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate is a career Newborn Care Specialist with extensive newborn experience and a proven ability to care for multiples in a professional household.
