Position Overview:

We are seeking caring, dependable, and professional individuals to join our team as In-Home Non-Medical Caregivers. This role involves providing companionship and assistance with daily living activities for seniors, helping them maintain their independence while enjoying the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up) Meal preparation and light cooking Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments Support with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing) as needed Medication reminders (no administering medications) Monitor client well-being and report changes to supervisor

Requirements:

Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required - we provide training Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Register as a Home Care Aide TB Clearance Must be at least 18 years old Availability for some evenings/overnights, weekends, or holidays a plus
