Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to children and individuals with disabilities. Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, early education, and behavioral management. Provide attentive infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and nurturing routines. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's progress and daily activities. Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, following mandated reporting laws to ensure safety and compliance. Support children's social-emotional growth through positive reinforcement and age-appropriate behavior management strategies. Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to learning and play while adhering to childcare regulations. Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, babysitting, nannying, or preschool settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a strong asset. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience planning activities tailored for young children that promote learning through play. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and well-being. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood education or youth programs is advantageous. Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members while managing multiple responsibilities confidently.
